WHAT IS THIS X-MODE™ THING ABOUT?

X-Mode™ is a feature that Miller Electric has added to some of their welding hoods that electromagnetically senses the weld to eliminate sunlight interference and continuously detects the arc even if sensors are blocked. In our experience, it just makes the auto-darkening features even more reliable and helps to reduce sunlight messing up your ability to see.
