ShopWeldingSupplies.com will accept most items* for return within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the shipping carrier).
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged in order to be eligible for a refund. A 10% restocking fee may apply. 

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returns will include the cost of the item plus any taxes paid.
Shipping charges are not refunded. 

What is your return process?

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@shopweldingsupplies.com to confirm return eligibility and to receive further instructions. Once eligibility has been confirmed, you will be issued an RMA # and you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with your return. If an item is not returned in like-new condition, in original packaging, a restocking fee may be deducted from refund amount. A restocking fee may apply. 

What is your policy for returning machines?
