ShopWeldingSupplies.com offers two shipping methods; Standard Flat Rate Shipping, and Next Business Day Shipping. We utilize UPS, USPS and FedEx at our discretion for both shipping methods.You can select your method of shipping at the time of checkout. 

Standard Flat Rate Domestic Shipping

Flat rate domestic shipping is a standard of 3-6 business days within the Continental United States. If an item is unavailable within that time frame, we will reach out to you so that you are aware of any potential delays in receiving your shipment.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico typically takes 5-14 days to arrive via USPS. Flat rate shipping prices are different for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico for orders over $100.

Orders under $20: $5.75 standard flat rate shipping
Orders between $20 - $199.99: $9.95 standard flat rate shipping
Orders $200 and over: Free standard flat rate shipping

PO Boxes

ShopWeldingSupplies regularly uses UPS to deliver products to our customers in a timely manner. Due to UPS shipping policies, ShopWeldingSupplies.com cannot ship to PO boxes. Any customers who enter an order using PO box will be contacted to provide a physical shipping address to proceed with the order. This can result in order delays. Order Tracking

Live shipping tracking is available for all orders placed on ShopWeldingSupplies.com via the carrier's website. You will receive an email with shipping details for your order as soon as it is shipped, and you can track using the carrier's website. 

Partial Orders

ShopWeldingSupplies.com will sometimes ship partial orders to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Additionally, items may sometimes be shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. The return address may show ShopWeldingSupplies.com or our parent organization, Weldstar Company. 

International Shipping

Currently ShopWeldingSupplies.com does not ship internationally. Shipping is only available within the United States.  
We hope to add international shipping options in the future!

ShopWeldingSupplies.com will accept most items* for return within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the shipping carrier).
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged in order to be eligible for a refund. 

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returns will include the cost of the item plus any taxes paid.
Shipping charges are not refunded. 

What is your return process?

To begin the return process, please contact us at support@shopweldingsupplies.com to confirm return eligibility and to receive further instructions. Once eligibility has been confirmed, you will be issued an RMA # and you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

What is your policy for returning machines?
