The LightWELD Auto-dimming Laser Welding Helmet includes an additional laser protective face shield mounted to the front. The laser reflective window installed in the aluminum frame face shield is designed and tested to withstand the laser energy emitted by the IPG LightWELD system. The Automatic Dimming Filter system in the welding helmet further reduces the intensity of the direct coherent laser beam as well as low power incoherent scattered light. The helmet includes adjustable headgear.
